Client Guidelines

At Serene Clean, we are deeply grateful that you’ve chosen us to care for your home. These guidelines are designed to create clarity, protect your space, and ensure we can provide the safe, consistent, and exceptional service you deserve at every visit.

We understand that schedules can change. To best serve all of our clients and respect our team’s time, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Notice must be given during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM).

  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% service fee.

  • Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergencies, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Providing advance notice allows us to adjust our schedule efficiently and ensures that every client receives the exceptional service they expect from Serene Clean.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Arrival Time

We schedule appointments with an arrival window rather than an exact time. Our cleaning technicians may arrive within a one-hour timeframe to account for common situations such as traffic, weather, or additional service needs at prior appointments.
